Our pasteurizer has many advantages, including an intuitive interface, maximum automation, and easy maintenance with standard parts.
In addition to preserving the taste and nutritional qualities of your products, our pasteurizer also saves energy by recovering as much as possible and can be customized to your production needs. It also automates cleaning procedures and can be monitored locally or remotely via smartphone, tablet, or computer.
With a capacity of 200 L per hour and a holding time of 15 seconds, our pasteurizer offers a range of options for pasteurization, thermization, and heating. These include HTST "Flash" pasteurization (72°C, 15 seconds, with a loss of only 7% vitamin C), thermization for beer, juices, or milk (57-68°C, 15-30 seconds), pasteurization for yogurt (85°C), and more. Our machine also features precision thermometers and a peristaltic pump with a stepper motor for precise flow control.
