BRANSON 2000Xaed ultrasonic welding system with base plate and round column

Consisting of feed unit, base plate with 2-hand release and emergency stop switch.

The base plate is provided with a grid of M10 holes.

The machine is designed with an adjustable stroke limiter to protect the components.

A force measuring system based on a bending beam and an electronic distance measuring ruler allow the control and monitoring of welding and release forces as well as the distances.

The BRANSON 2000Xaed is a standard system which can be operated with 20, 30 and 40 kHz generators of the 2000Xdt series.

The generator is equipped with a multicolored touch screen display.

The device allows the output amplitude to be changed continuously between 10% and 100%. The amplitude can also be changed during the welding process.

The device supports the monitoring of the following parameters
- actual welding time required
- Plasticizing energy used
- generator utilization
- Depth reached at the end of the weld
- collapse
- Welding and triggering forces

With this data, non-destructive quality assurance can be carried out with the appropriate configuration.

Up to 12 different parameter sets can be saved, allowing the machine to be adapted for different products with little effort.

Each parameter set can have its own limit values for process
process control can be defined for each parameter set.
