The ConstruCAM software edits all of your data precisely and in no time and thus with the GranitoGrav photo module it creates exceptional photos in all materials above-mentioned.

Consumption costs are very low: grinding pencils cost about 3 to 4 euro PPU and withstand about 3 to 5 big in granite engraved images.

A photo of an approx. format of 300 x 230mm requires approximately a processing time of 40 to 50 minutes. Pictures of 150 x 100mm are already created in almost 12 to 15 minutes time.

The machine is versatile because you can also create reliefs in marble or other materials with the mobile CNC machine in-depth.

Operating method of GranitoGrav:

The grinding head is operated with a motor which is brushless and has a spindle mount, in which each grinding pin with a shank diameter of 2.35mm can be applied.

Graphics or photos are edited in a grinding process.

All grayscale in the photo is considered and regulated regarding the pressure of the grinding tool via the particular electronic and the special software in order that lighter and darker surfaces are created in the processed material, which ultimately represents a photo.

In the same way fonts, vector graphics and more can be engraved. These can even be filled differently and also engraved in various shades of grey.
