The Glöckner K 225.5 circular cooler is particularly suitable for the animal feed, chemical and food industries. The round cooler has been completely overhauled.
Dimensions: diameter 2,250mm; height 4,000mm.
Throughput: approx. 2,500kg/h; inlet moisture: approx. 10%; bulk density: approx. 650kg/cbm; inlet temperature: 50 degrees; outlet temperature: ambient + 3 degrees; size of pellets: approx. 10mm

The cooler consists of 5 cooling decks, with round lids and made of stainless steel. Inlet housing with adjustable baffles, mild steel housing, stainless steel baffles. Even product distribution through distributor rakes. Stainless steel on each sieve deck. Stainless steel baffle plates for optimum product guidance. Sieve segments made of stainless steel; perforation 3-5 mm.
Material of the complete cooler made of mild steel, sandblasted, primed and painted.
Direct drive by frequency-controlled gear motor, max. 0.55 kW. Non-contact door safety switch. One inductive proximity switch per deck to switch off in the event of overload. Sensor for monitoring the layer height. Drawing available.
