Kardex Remstar Megamat RS 650

We now have two Kardex Megamat RS 650 units available. Both machines were manufactured in 2019 and put into operation in 2020. They have been serviced every year by the manufacturer and are in very good condition.

The Kardex Megamat RS 650 is a powerful vertical carousel designed for storing and handling heavy goods. Each carrier (base shelf) can hold up to 650 kg, making the machines suitable for storing large and heavy items.

The two machines have a total of 34 carriers (base shelves) and 43 trays:
28 carriers without intermediate shelves, with a height of 348 mm
3 carriers with two intermediate shelves, giving a total of 9 trays with a clear height of 115 mm
3 carriers with one intermediate shelf, giving a total of 6 trays with a clear height of 170 mm

The machines are also equipped with a Matrix display in the access opening. This LED display shows information such as the picking location, quantity, and other useful details.

The Matrix display helps reduce search time and the risk of picking errors, making the picking process faster and easier.

To use the full functionality of the Matrix display, the machines need to be connected to an ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
