Beskrivning
The wafer and biscuit factory that benefits from a continuous, fully automated production process and has two main lines: wafers and biscuits.
The wafer line has a capacity of 35-40 kg/h with a wafer weight of 45-55g and obtaining three quality types:
1. wafer weight = 45g/pc, cream layer = 1.25:1 – capacity –2.77 t/24h
2. wafer weight = 45g/pc, cream layer = 1.35:1 – capacity –2.89 t/24h
3. wafer weight = 45g/pc, cream layer = 1.50:1 – capacity –3.05 t/24h
The line is equipped with a packaging machine and the collection and reuse of the scraps resulting from the cutting process is done automatically.
The biscuit line has a capacity of 300 - 500 kg/h and three qualitative types can be obtained:
1. simple
2. sandwich
3. caramel
4. cocoa
5. glaze
Simple biscuits can be:
Strength = 300-400kg/h
Soft = 400-500kg/h

Crisps = 350-500kg/h
The production is continuous, automatic, the line being equipped with a caramelizing device, sandwich, with 30 sets of shapes, chocolate coating device, including packaging and 5 temperature zones with independent, automatic temperature control.
