This machine automatically clamps plastic caps onto wooden rails (slatted bed frames).The rails are singled out from a magazine and by means of a conveyor belt transported to the mounting position. Sorter units and linear conveyors feed and transport the plastic caps to the mounting position. The caps are singled and transferred to the gripper. The gripper now places the caps onto the wooden rails.

Now an automatic nailer unit staples the caps. The space between the caps is programmed at the control panel.

Performance:
• Machine operated by one person
• Operating time ca. 1,6 Sekunden per cap (1 clamp per cap). Total capacity depending on feeding system.
