Calibration and finishing machine, wide-belt sanding machine with electronic segmented sanding shoe and finish sanding for coated surfaces.

Ideal sanding machine for interior construction companies, also suitable for intermediate sanding of coated surfaces.
Edge banding machine with a combination unit and electronic articulated pressure beam, with edge segments that can be switched on and off.
Segment width of the pressure beam: 35 mm.
Contact roller can be pneumatically adjusted, low wear due to a ribbed steel roller.

Drive motor 7.5 kW with automatic motor brake, infinitely variable belt speed controlled by a frequency inverter from 2 - 18 m/s.
Belt feed can be infinitely adjusted via a frequency inverter from 2.5 - 13 m/min.
