The HAVER-INTEGRA system consists of a valve bag packing machine, an ultrasonic valve sealing device and an automatic valve bag placement unit.

The valve bag packing machine fills valve bags with different bulk materials and simultaneously weighs them using the gross system.

Each spout has an MEC III electronic weigher controller which as well as the actual weighing tasks also controls the machine.

The placer arm of the automatic placement unit places the empty valve bags on the filling tubes. Valve bags are filled automatically.

When filling is complete, the valve bag is welded by the sealing unit using
ultrasound.

In order to cope with dust and spillage, extraction fittings for connecting to the dust extraction plant and slides for diverting the spillage return into the hopper are provided under the HAVER-INTEGRA system.
