Fully automatic tube bending and welding machine with solid-state laser Trumpf TruDisk 3002 (6C), for the production of round, oval, polygonal, longitudinally welded tubes. Diameter from 80-400mm, length from 80-620, material thickness 0.8-2.0mm (steel, chrome steel and stainless steel).
Further features of the fully automated tube production machine are
-Bending station (welding edge bending)
Camera-guided welding optics.
-seam smoothing to eliminate any height offsets in the weld seam
-Annealing" at approx. 500 °C to optimize subsequent expansion or calibration
-Extraction system for welding fumes.
-Complete maintenance by the manufacturer.
